1. Service Description

Neuralingual is a personalized affirmation audio application operated by Inner Stack Labs LLC. We use artificial intelligence, including Anthropic (Claude) for text generation and Inworld AI for voice synthesis, to generate affirmations based on your input and render them as professional spoken audio. You may also write your own affirmations manually. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances.

2. Account Terms

You must sign in with a valid Apple ID to use Neuralingual on iOS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neuralingual to:

• Generate content that is hateful, violent, or discriminatory.
• Attempt to manipulate or bypass our content safety systems.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer the application or its AI systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you provide as input (“User Inputs”). Affirmations and audio generated by the Service (“Generated Content”) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that Generated Content is produced by AI systems and may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. The Neuralingual application, its design, code, and branding are owned by Inner Stack Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

Neuralingual is a personal development and motivational tool. It is NOT medical advice, therapy, counseling, or treatment for any mental health condition. The affirmations generated are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of content generated by this app.

You are solely responsible for how you use and interpret the affirmations generated by the Service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuralingual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Third-Party AI Services

The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party providers, including Anthropic (Claude) for text generation and Inworld AI for voice synthesis. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices.

8. Termination

You may stop using Neuralingual at any time. You can delete your account and data from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
