What is Neuralingual?
Neuralingual is a personalized affirmation audio app. You describe who you want to become, and our AI generates custom affirmations that are professionally spoken and delivered as audio you can listen to daily.
How do I create an affirmation set?
Open the app and tap 'Open Neuralingual Studio.' Describe your goal or who you want to become, choose a tone, and tap 'Create Affirmations.' The AI will generate a personalized set for you.
Can I write my own affirmations?
Yes! In the Studio, switch to 'Write My Own' mode to enter your own affirmations manually. You can also paste a list of affirmations.
How do I change the voice?
Open any affirmation set, go to the Audio tab, and tap the voice selector to browse and preview available voices.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your affirmation content is private to your account. We use encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings within the app and select 'Delete Account.' This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Is Neuralingual a replacement for therapy?
No. Neuralingual is a personal development tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. If you're experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
