Neuralingual (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
• Affirmation content: The text you provide describing your goals and the affirmations generated from it.
• Audio preferences: Your voice, tone, pace, and other configuration choices for audio rendering.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous usage data such as feature interactions and session duration, collected via PostHog.
• Error reports: Crash and error data collected via Sentry to help us fix issues.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized affirmations based on your input.
• To render audio using text-to-speech services.
• To save and retrieve your affirmation sets and preferences.
• To improve the application through anonymous analytics.
• To diagnose and fix technical issues.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our application:

• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech: Converts your affirmation text into spoken audio.
• OpenAI: Generates personalized affirmations from your input.
• PostHog: Anonymous product analytics.
• Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring.
• Vercel: Web hosting and deployment.
• Cloudflare R2: Audio file storage.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data and affirmation content are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page within the app. Upon deletion, we remove your data from our active systems. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

Neuralingual is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated revision date.
