Neuralingual, operated by Inner Stack Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
• Affirmation content: The text you provide describing your goals and the affirmations generated from it.
• Audio preferences: Your voice, tone, pace, and other configuration choices for audio rendering.
• Usage analytics: Pseudonymous usage data such as feature interactions and session duration, linked to your account identifier and collected via PostHog.
• Error reports: Crash and error data collected via Sentry to help us fix issues.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized affirmations based on your input.
• To render audio using text-to-speech services.
• To save and retrieve your affirmation sets and preferences.
• To improve the application through pseudonymous analytics.
• To diagnose and fix technical issues.

Data Shared with AI Providers

To generate personalized affirmations, we share certain information with third-party AI service providers:

• Anthropic (Claude): Your affirmation preferences and personal context are sent to generate text content. Anthropic may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring, then deletes them. Anthropic does not use commercial API data to train their AI models.
• Inworld AI: Generated affirmation text is sent to synthesize spoken audio.

We do not intentionally send your account profile information (such as your Apple ID name or email address) to AI providers. However, if you include personal information in the content you submit, that content will be forwarded as part of the generation process. The data shared is limited to what is necessary to generate your personalized content.

Other Services

• PostHog: Pseudonymous product analytics.
• Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring. Error reports may include technical context such as stack traces and device information.
• Vercel: Web hosting and deployment.
• Cloudflare R2: Audio file storage.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data and affirmation content are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page within the app. Upon deletion, we remove your data from our active systems. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

Neuralingual is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated revision date.
